Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator on a temporary basis, for a social housing provider.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator:

  • Handling both inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Provide general administrative support across operational and customer service teams.
  • Manage documentation, data entry, and internal system updates to maintain compliance.
  • Prepare agendas, collate meeting papers, take minutes, note action points.
  • Promoting good relations with clients.

Essential Requirements of the Compliance Administrator:

  • Previous repairs administration experience
